**Responsibilities**:
**The Role**

On behalf of our client, we require an experienced Seeking a QA/QC Lead/Manager to join the team on a 2:1 FIFO roster to a remote location in the Northern Territory. This is a 12-month contract role where you will support our clien'ts major mining client by leading, championing and providing strategic guidance on the Quality Process.

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management framework in accordance with Project requirements
- Working closely with Project delivery and engineering to identify Quality risks and mitigation strategies
- Ensure Project understanding and implementation of quality systems & processes
- Provide leadership, direction, guidance, and support to assigned work team
- Contribute to resource estimates for future project delivery
- Provide project Quality reporting/updates to key stakeholders

Qualifications:
**Skills & Experience**

To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:

- University degree or significant construction Quality Management Experience
- Experience providing quality management throughout design, procurement, construction, and commissioning
- Green/Brownfields projects, MMM, LNG projects, EPCM (preferred)
- Experience with risk based Quality assessment
- Experience working with OEM providers
- High level written skills with excellent attention to detail
