We are seeking CSSD Instrument Technicians to join our team at Warringal Private Hospital There are multiple Casual opportunities available.

About the Opportunity

Join our technician team in our busy and growing theatre and CSSD. You will be joining a team which currently services 11 theatres but is growing to 14 theatres within the next two years. Join our growing department and be a part of a highly skilled, caring and professional

As an Instrument Technician, you will be required to assist nursing staff in ensuring daily set ups are complete and sterilisation processes are to standard. You will ensure consistency and continuous workflow between the various Operating Theatre areas and CSD whilst practising exceptional customer service and maintaining the high operational standards of the sterilisation department.

This will include working in conjunction with the Operating Theatre staff to provide timely sterile products, trays and equipment where applicable. This is a critical part of the surgical process and the ability to work efficiently with your team to manage pressing deadlines is crucial.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring proven experience in Clinical Sterilisation services, ideally within a hospital setting. You will have exceptional communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**You will also bring**:
Cert III & Cert IV in sterilisation services are essential

Minimum 1 year experience

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a high-performing team
