**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth service
- Lead and support front-of-house staff, providing training and supervision
- Serve customers professionally as both barista and bartender when needed
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety
- Manage customer interactions and resolve issues effectively
- Monitor inventory and assist in ordering supplies for the bar and coffee station
- Collaborate with the kitchen and management team to ensure seamless service
- Handle bookings, walk-ins, and overall flow of guests during peak hours

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a front-of-house manager, barista, and bartender
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Certification in RSA required

Pay: $37,440.00 - $55,000.00 per year
