**About the Role**

Working in our Stapylton office, this role will support the site management, personnel, and Finance Manager to ensure the financial and administrative tasks are handled in accordance with contractual performance requirements.

This role would suit an ambitious and progressive administrator, who demonstrates robust and persuasive verbal/written communication skills, to manage strong relationships with multiple stakeholders.

Key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

- Coordinating staff for processing of timesheets
- Process payroll transfers / reclassifications / terminations
- Reconcile payroll results and deal with payroll queries
- Process of purchase orders
- Goods receipt of invoices
- Handle supplier enquiries
- Supporting client claim processing

**Skills and Qualifications**
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Preference for experience working in large organisations
- Attention to detail
- SAP/Ariba system experience advantageous, but not essential
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Demonstrated experience in working to deadlines and reporting requirements
