**About the Company**

Davidson Technology are currently supporting a renowned company that operates at the forefront of the ICT industry to deliver high quality services to millions of customers.

We are seeking a Technical Lead in Full Stack Development for a permanent position, with an annual salary of up to $150,000 + superannuation.

**About the Role**

In this role, you will drive the progression of one of the highest performing tech teams in the company.

As the Tech Lead, you will be tasked with driving new strategies for innovation in the team's development processes. You will instil your expertise within serverless technologies and microservices architecture as well as DevOps tooling.

You will be a SME within the team and guide them throughout development. You will play a key role throughout the SDLC, contributing to design whilst also being hands-on and a mentor to the team.

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:

- Very strong experience in TypeScript, JavaScript, React and Node.js
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices and serverless architecture
- Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing complex full stack solutions
- Track record of mentoring other engineers, leading by example and enabling the growth of junipr team members
- Experience with DevOps tools and methodologies as well as modern automation testing technologies
