In this Receptionist/Telephonist role you will join our patient-focused Reception team. This role involves directing patients, visitors and staff to the appropriate services within Epworth and effectively answering and triaging calls to the switchboard in a courteous and timely manner. The shifts hours are between the hours of 5:30am to 10:00pm, across a 7-day roster. You will need to be flexible to work across all shift times.

**You will make an impact by**:

- Working on the switchboard answering internal and external calls
- Assisting Patients, Visitors and Staff within the hospital
- Undertaking a variety of administrative duties
- Having a strong customer service focus
- Having the ability to prioritise in a timely and accurate manner
- Demonstrating an ability to cope under pressure and make informed decisions according to hospital needs

**To be successful in this role...**
You will be experienced in a service industry in reception and administration. You will have a natural ability to communicate with excellent interpersonal skills.

- Strong computer literacy
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts across the weekly roster
- Be innovative, proactive and creative
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy in your work
