Retail Representative Duties & Responsibilities:
Liaise with customers and deal with customer queries
Maintain professional contact with external customers when interacting with them, both over the phone, and online
Arrange the inspection and delivery of goods and/or the arrange returns of goods
Stock Management - POS
Actively maintain strong product knowledge of goods being supplied and the marketplace
Handling payments and managing financial transactions

Social Media Marketing Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy and goals, consistent with the company’s brand identity across platforms such as Facebook, Goggle, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
Content creation and editing of photos and videos that promote the company’s products are to be posted and advertis ed in a high volume across all social media platforms
Review analytics and define social media KPIs to refine the strengths and weaknesses of different social media mark eting campaigns.
Ensure that social media postings are made using effective marketing techniques to achieve maximum interaction.
Engage with social media followers, including responding to social media messages, inquiries, reviews, and commen ts in a timely matter
Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies and knowhow to solve technological issu es independently

Eligibility & Skills:
Retail Sales Experience (Required - at least 1 year)
Social Media Experience (Required - at least 1 year)
Bachelor's Degree in Social Media Marketing or in a related field (preferred)
Be familiar with social media, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and eBay, as well as the most effective marketing tech niques
Advanced computer skills and familiarity with graphic design software. Such as Canva/photoshop
Knowledge of how to use and manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and eBay pages and postings.
Experience with Shopify and WOO Commerce would be a bonus
Ability to work unsupervised, work well under pressure, and prioritize workload
Excellent communication and customer service skills
