We're partnering with one of Australia's leading digital marketing agencies to find a talented Paid Media Specialist to join their dynamic team.

This role is the perfect blend of hands on implementation, client management, strategy and reporting.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Client Leadership: Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for key clients, building strong relationships and ensuring a deep understanding of their business objectives.
  • Strategy & Implementation: Independently develop, implement, and manage end-to-end paid media strategies and client projects across various channels.
  • Project Management: Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure the seamless implementation of tracking, attribution, reporting, and campaign solutions.
  • Performance Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive client reports, effectively communicating value delivered, identifying new opportunities, and setting the strategic direction.
  • Team Development: Contribute to the growth of the team by training and developing the skills of junior staff members, guided by the Cluster Lead.
  • Business Growth: Collaborate with business partners to contribute to the agency's ongoing success and market position.
What You'll Bring:
  • Expertise in Digital Channels: High-level skills and a detailed understanding of digital channels, tactics, and strategy. You will work across Paid Search and Paid social with a focus on paid search in this position.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management: Proven experience in effective management of clients, stakeholders, and staff.
  • Strategic Agility: An advanced ability to independently plan, strategise, and mobilise projects, with a confident and considered approach to problem-solving.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced level of proficiency in core tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads.
  • Communication & Presentation: Exceptional ability to clearly articulate strategic direction and performance results to clients and senior management.
  • Mentorship: A desire to contribute to a positive culture and help motivate and develop team members.
