Direct to Store Replenishment Lead

**The responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Work with the Priceline Inventory manager on the replenishment strategy with a view to improving the strategy and optimising store inventory
- Act as the expert for all direct to store (DTS) store enquiries
- Conduct store visits as necessary providing guidance and solutions to existing DTS delivery challenges and opportunities to improve current standards
- Deliver and support all new store openings with the right stock weight in the agreed time frame
- Collaborative approach with new onboarding managers and making sure full support is applied in setting up all new stores
- Manage direct to store enquiries and follow up with vendors
- Manage the direct to store and distribution centre supplier calendars in SAP
- Manage distribution centre replenishment calendars for seasonal / holiday periods
- Coordinate DTS replenishment calendars for seasonal / holiday periods
- Create enhanced exception reporting to improve deliverable outputs
- Develop positive and effective relationships with all key stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes
- Seek to understand the customer needs and focus on meeting them
- A focus on improvement and streamlining procedures and systems, and sharing learnings to ensure consistency across teams
- Focus on process and identify opportunities for continuous process improvement pertaining to store replenishment, reporting and inventory - making it better
- Work with IT and other stakeholders to develop and test new processes
- Action store and stake holder queries in a timely Manner via the Priceline Inventory Engagement Mailbox.
- Minimise financial risks through effective delivery performance
- Support all key stakeholders in delivery of profitable commercial outcomes
- Demonstrated capability / experience in a retail inventory planning or supply chain planning role
- Proven experience and expertise in inventory management; analysis; qualification/ supplier building relationships
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Proven ability to influence others to ensure that inventory productivity and financial performance are the focus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills which allow you to develop and foster relationships across the business hierarchy and with franchise partners and suppliers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Comfortable making fact-based decisions and acting
- High sense of accountability and a passion for process improvement
- Data management skills with attention to detail
**Education/ Qualifications:
- Year 12 high school completion with mathematics / statistics background
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce or related discipline that involves the development of strong numeracy skills (financial management; economics; accounting; statistics) - desirable
- Minimum 3-5 years leadership experience
- SAP experience desirable
