We are on the lookout for an AMAZING **Assistant Store Manager** to take our store in **Burke Rd - Camberwell** to the next level This is a **part time** role working **27 hours** per week.

Our Burke Rd store has strong community vibes, loyal locals, and a gorgeous streetscape that blends fashion and lifestyle. It’s a high-performing space with a strong team culture and a customer base that _loves_ to shop and connect. As ASM, you’ll bring the energy, coach your dream team, and drive results while delivering those signature DECJUBA moments. The store is fast-paced but has a beautiful rhythm — perfect for leaders who love building relationships, keeping standards high, and growing team capability every day.

**WHAT AMAZING LOOKS LIKE AS AN ASM**
- You’re passionate about all things fashion with great visual merchandising and styling skills
- You have previous experience working with a medium to large retail business
- You’re ready to join an employer that invests in the development of your leadership and management, with a mix of hands-on, in-store and virtual training.
- You pride yourself on delivering AMAZING customer experiences with the support of our inspiring Regional Management team.
- You work closely with your Store Manager to lead by example and create an inclusive, inspirational, and supportive environment (because we believe energy is contagious)
