**Days**: Mondays and Thursdays (ideally also some weekend work, by mutual agreement)
**Hours**: 12pm to 8pm
**Child**: 4 year old
**Pay rate**: $38-43 per hour + Super (depending on experience)
**Start date**: As soon as possible.

**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**
- 2+ years of experience with similar responsibilities
- Drivers Licence and own car
- Fully vaccinated
- Ability to commit long-term.

**ROLE DESCRIPTION**
This creative family needs the support of a nurturing and reliable nanny/home manager who is patient, flexible, and confident supporting neurodivergence.

Each shift includes a balance of household support and childcare. From 12pm to 4pm is typically child-free time to focus will be on light household tasks - such as vegetarian meal preparation, laundry, errands, and general organisation.

At 4pm, the 4 year old will need to be picked up in your car. The rest of the shift will be spent following the routine and current interests of this affectionate, quirky little guy - often unwinding with books, music, or water play. The ideal nanny will be a adaptable communicator, comfortable support speech delays and other specialised needs.
