**About the program**

Our Career Transition Program is a paid program for professionals who are looking to shift gears and experience a rewarding career in Institutional Banking & Markets. The program is open to individuals with 2-6 years’ experience practicing Law, Finance, Accounting, Consulting, Engineering or Mathematics.

You ’ll be supported on the program with a structured 3-week induction, a dedicated mentor, buddy and program manager, monthly learning sessions and fantastic networking opportunities.

**We’re interested in hearing from people who**
- Have 2-6 years’ of relevant professional experience practicing l aw, f inance, a ccounting, c onsulting, e ngineering or m athematics
- Have a relevant university degree in any of the above areas
- Are commercially astute and possess a strong interest in, and knowledge of, current market insights
- Have a positive attitude coupled with a strong work ethic, adaptability to change, curiosity to learn and eagerness to pursue personal development
- Possess a risk mindset
- Are Sydney-based, or willing to relocate to Sydney, and have permanent Australian working rights
