**About the Roles**

We are looking for experienced **Catering** **Assistants **to join our vibrant team on a casual basis. In this role you will be working in a self-directed team environment executing a high level of food production across our two corporate event kitchens, and maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and catering areas. Your main tasks will be to help set up morning and afternoon tea, prepare sandwiches and salads for lunch and help with the dishes. Shift times will vary but will mainly be during business hours and may include some weekends and evenings.

You will demonstrate:

- awareness of and interest in current food trends and innovations
- attention to details and keep well organised and tidy within your workspace
- strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
- calmness under pressure
- be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have a medical exemption
- valid working rights

These are casual roles and hours are based on a roster. Flexible availability is key as coverage for evening and occasional weekend shifts may also be required.
