The Peppercorn Food Company is part of the Australian British Food Holdings Group which is a national manufacturer of fresh and cooked smallgoods and value added meat products. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and energetic Production Supervisor to join the team.

Key responsibilities include:

- Hands on management of production including goods inwards, mixing/mincing, filling and packing.
- Maintenance of processing eqiuipment
- Daily reporting of KPI’s.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Develop a written continuous improvement program.
- Work with the NPD and Technical Teams.

Required skill and experience as follows:

- Experience in meat/food processing & production
- Mechanical skills - ability to problem solve and make minor repairs on production plant
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with key stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to drive continuous improvement through people and processes to deliver improved business outcomes.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills.
