**About the Opportunity**
This is an opportunity for someone who is highly organised and has the ability to build strong working relationships through effective communication and discretion in handling confidential information. This role requires someone who has a keen eye for detail, is reliable and has the ability to prioritise to deliver assigned tasks on time.
- Permanent, Full-Time
- Salary from $73,331.53 - $84,965.51 per annum plus 11.5% superannuation

**What we are looking for**
Qualifications, Certificates & Licences
- Certificate III (3) in Business Administration or equivalent or demonstrated professional experience
- Class C Drivers Licence
Essential
- Minimum 4 years experience in a Personal Assistant or similar role.
- Demonstrated high level written and verbal communication skills and experience.
- Demonstrated high level interpersonal skills and experience working effectively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated high level diary and correspondence management skills and experience.
- Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills and experience.
- Demonstrated high level skills and experience in delivering customer service.
- Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office Suite as well as content management systems and technology in a corporate or equivalent setting.
- Willingness and availability to work outside of business hours as required for operational requirements including minute taking at the Georges River Council Sports Advisory Committee.
Desirable Attributes
- Technical competence and experience in using CM and Technology One systems relevant to local government.
- Experience in working in local government or community organisations that deliver community development programs and events.
- Experience in project coordination.
