About the Role
The Documentation Analyst will be responsible for the preparation of lending contracts for large Institutional, Corporate, & Commercial customers. You will work closely with relationship teams and internal lawyers to ensure contracts are prepared in accordance with ANZ’s credit, product, and legal guidelines.

What will your day look like?
**As a Documentation Analyst, you will be accountable for**:
Accurate and timely preparation of lending contracts, ensuring they are consistent with credit, product & legal guidelines.
Building and maintaining good collaborative working relationships with relevant stakeholders
Contributing to a collaborative and high performing team environment
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Experience in contract preparation or legal services is highly regarded (i.e. a as paralegal)
Understanding of credit process and lending principles
Knowledge/understanding of ANZ loan products and systems
Demonstrated ability to deliver superior service and meet competing demands
Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
Ability to use initiative, work autonomously and manage time & priorities
Experience in developing, building, and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships
Adaptable and flexible to deal with uncertainty and ambiguity
