We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager with a strong consulting background and a proven track record in delivering large-scale transformation programs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex government environments, driving strategic change and ensuring seamless execution.
As a Program Manager, you will lead high-impact transformation initiatives, managing multiple workstreams, engaging senior stakeholders, and ensuring successful program delivery. You will bring a structured yet flexible approach to program governance, risk management, and delivery execution. Your ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and drive meaningful change will be key to success.
You will be responsible for leading and overseeing large-scale transformation programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives. Managing program governance, risk, budgets, and timelines will be critical to maintaining delivery excellence.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders, you will act as a trusted advisor, influencing decision-making and ensuring program goals align with broader government priorities. Collaboration will be at the heart of your role, working closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and partners to ensure program objectives are met.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Program Manager in a consulting environment
- Strong background in government sector transformation programs
- Expertise in program governance, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation
- Ability to engage and influence senior executives and policy leaders
- Experience working in highly regulated environments with a deep understanding of government processes
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
