What is the role?
We’re looking for a Business Applications Specialist to join our Brisbane Head Office.
What You’ll be doing
**As our Business Applications Specialist you’ll**:

- Manage and triage incoming support tickets, aiming for first-contact resolution while escalating complex issues when needed.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of support requests, system changes, and resolutions within internal ticketing systems.
- Assist in developing and implementing technical solutions to enhance system functionality and meet business needs.
- Identify opportunities to leverage technology for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Participate in change management processes, including requirements gathering, testing, and execution.
- Deliver training and guidance to end users, ensuring they maximize system functionality and adoption.
- Monitor and manage integrations across multiple systems, ensuring data accuracy and seamless connectivity.
- Collaborate with vendors to diagnose and resolve recurring system issues.
- Conduct testing and quality assurance on system updates, bug fixes, and enhancements.
- Ensure data integrity across sales, transactions, and integrations.
- Bring a problem-solving mindset, leveraging technical expertise to drive innovative solutions.
- Challenge existing processes and identify efficiencies through system enhancements and automation.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, contributing to a strong team culture.

Who We’re Looking For
**We’re seeking someone who has**:

- Experience working with ERP systems, POS, and other SaaS platforms.
- Basic programming knowledge in JavaScript, PowerShell, or SQL (preferred) with a willingness to learn.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Strong communication skills and experience with change management.
- A customer-focused mindset with a proactive, solutions-driven approach.
