About the Role
As a Loyalty Specialist, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing customer loyalty initiatives that support our brand and business objectives. You will be using the latest products and technology including AI.
You'll work with our clients and business partners such as Max Gaming (a Tabcorp company)
Travel both locally and nationally is required from time to time.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage customer loyalty programs that enhance engagement and retention.

Analyze customer behavior and feedback to improve program effectiveness.

Coordinate campaigns and communications to promote loyalty initiatives.

Monitor performance metrics and report on program success.
