**About the role**:
As the Executive Assistant for the Client Office, you will be responsible for providing confidential executive and administrative support to the Director

Furthermore, This position invloves
- Liasing with Internal / External Stakeholders demonstrating professionalism & a proactive can do attitude
- Working Independantly / Collaboratively on a range of deicision making on Key Tasks
- Provide quality support for committees, working groups and meetings.
- Arrange meetings and conferences, including coordinating papers, organising venues, agendas, taking minutes and follow-up actions.
