**About the Job**:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated
**Assistant Manager** to assist in leading a team of 7 in their beautiful
**Karrinyup** store. Continue to build the brand in the Perth market and be a brand ambassador in everything you do. You will immerse yourself in the diverse and supportive culture, encourage and empower your teams to achieve outstanding levels of customer, team engagement and store standards.

**What you will Bring**:

- Passion for training and development
- Results driven in achieving sales targets and maximising kpi performance
- Experience in merchandising and optimising our customer's experience
- A willingness to gain expertise in product knowledge
- Leads by example, with an open and transparent communication style
- Passion for styling and customer service
