**Stratco’s** Canning Vale manufacturing and roll form facility is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic metal processing operators to join their operations team. The role of the Production Team Member also known as a Sheetmetal Operator, is to manufacture and assemble products for our trade and retail customer base.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manufacturing and assembling of goods to the customers’ requirements
- Operating metal folding, roll form and pressing machines
- Interpret product drawings
- General housekeeping activities
- Contribute in tool box and team meetings
- Participate in relevant training in the use of specific items of plant and equipment
- Adherence to **Stratco **safety and other policies and procedures

**Skills and attributes**:

- Experience in setting up and operating manufacturing machinery
- Experience using sheetmetal manufacturing equipment, particularly roll form machines and metal bending machinery (folders, press & breaks) would be preferred, but not essential
- Effective problem solver who can develop solutions that meet the customers’ needs
- Good communicator, both written and verbal
- Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
- Able to work at pace within a team or at times individually
- A commitment to producing quality products
