TMHA is looking to employ enthusiastic and self-driven Field Service Technicians in a permanent full time position to cover multiple locations across Australia including;
Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Darwin, Launceston, Queanbeyan, Townsville, Lismore, Coffs Harbour, Newcastle, Orange & Gladstone.

In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of maintenance services including planned maintenance, repairs and modifications at the Customer’s site and in accordance with the Customer’s requirements and within the Company’s guidelines and procedures.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Conduct mechanical repairs and maintenance of customer units which includes preventative service and break-downs in a timely manner.
- Maintaining professional level of customer service with all TMHA clients and customers.
- Ability to maintain accurate records of job sheets, timesheets and any other administrative components.

**Qualifications, Requirements & Skills**:

- Current Driver's licence.
- Relevant trade qualification (Forklift Mechanic, Automotive Electrician/Light Vehicle Mechanic, Heavy Vehicle, Plant, Diesel Mechanic).
- Previous experience within the forklift industry or similar in an associated industry.

- Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
- Well-developed mechanical aptitude.
- Good time management skills with the ability to work independently.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.

Hourly rates of pay will be dependent upon mechanical aptitude testing combined with a competency evaluation as per the Toyota Material Handling Australia Enterprise Agreement 2020.

Hourly rates range from $30.00 to $40.00 excluding incentives and over time/penalty rates.
