Where the team fits in

Our Financial Services division is a key new business line for the group, which aims to support our customers in meeting their property goals whether they wish to engage with us directly or via a mortgage broker for their home finance needs. This role sits within our Mortgage Choice broker aggregation business and its purpose is to coordinate the management of our white label partners and associated business initiatives to support our broker network.

The team has a direct line into the CEO of REA's Financial Services division and the primary responsible for ensuring that Mortgage Choice brokers can access product solutions that meet the needs of their customers and can do so in an efficient manner. This is achieved by maintaining strong, close relationships with our manufacturing partners.

What you’ll be doing

Supporting the Director, National Panel Partner Solutions and the White Label Solutions team, this role will operate across all white label partners, and a specific emphasis will be on supporting our internal White Label BDM team and partners to drive broker engagement and settlement growth, a key growth focus for the business.

Typical activities will include:
Facilitate sales growth and network take up of partners’ product offerings by:
- Embedding agreed provider product, process and policy enhancements within the Mortgage Choice network including systems, training and internal promotion where appropriate-
- Work within the Partner Solutions team and broader business to identify opportunities to grow revenue via new and existing product lines and process enhancements-
- Lead execution on agreed project deliverables and act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders-
With the business head, drive regular sales team meetings and governance meetings with our partners by building and sharing performance reporting, setting meeting agendas, capture of key discussion points and ensuring all agreed action items and initiatives are delivered in a timely manner and quality standard- Support the design and execution of a white label program including building and monitoring sales and product performance reporting, identifying actionable data insights, and creating training and education to support the White Label sales team

We’re looking for someone who- Holds experience within the mortgage broking or retail banking sectors, with knowledge of credit products a strong preference- Has completed relevant education, such as a Bachelors degree or certificate IV / Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking- Possesses good analytical skills- Is a confident user of Excel and PowerPoint- Quickly understands internal systems and processes- Has great verbal and written communication skills- Has the ability to project manage multiple initiatives concurrently- Takes an action oriented and results driven approach to all tasks- Holds a strong teamwork centered ethos- Is thorough, detail oriented and takes pride in all aspects of your role
