**The Role**
- Assist in leading, motivating, and inspiring employees to meet sales targets
- Coach employees on weekly KPI performance
- Monitor and improve employee selling skills
- Ensure adherence to company & brand policies
- Support day-to-day store operations and smooth functioning
- Ensure the visual merchandising guidelines are adhered to
- Address stock discrepancies
- Ensure customer loyalty and handle escalated complaints
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times

**Skills and Experience**
- 2+ years experience in retail sales
- Experience in a supervisory or management role
- Established selling skills and understanding of KPI’s
- Developed customer service skills
- Organised and efficient time management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Computer literacy skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
