Our team of expert will resolve the tax problems and help with any issues with the ATO and the misery that can cause and constantly reviewing Australian Tax requirements and conditions providing the most up to date advise and service.

Currently, we are looking for a position of **Management Consultant** to join our company immediately.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ascertain client requirements using various approaches by way of interviews, document review, surveys, and teleconferences
- Conduct research and analysis of regulatory frameworks, industry information, initiatives and trends in order to provide information and advice to clients, staff and business stakeholders
- Evaluating current systems and structures of the company
- Preparing and recommending recommendations to review workflows, redefine job roles, update processes and procedures and address organisational issues
- Assisting in implementing approved recommendations, procedures manuals and drafting other documentation.
- Maintaining record, workflow charts, reports, manuals and job description of the organisations
- Talking with employees about present systems and examining systems at all organisational levels

**Skills Requirements**:

- Relevant bachelor’s degree or above qualification in Business Management or any related course/qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- MS Office Skills ie: Excel, PowerPoint and etc
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build and maintain strong relationship with clients and consulting skillset
- Excellent analytical and research skills with the ability to collect and analyze complex material and data
- High Levels of initiative with ability to deal with multiple projects
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and strong attention to detail
- Australian citizens and permanent residents preferred.

**We are offering**:
Salary based $90,000 plus superannuation

**Salary**: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- 60 Station Street Parramatta, NSW 2150: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
