**About the role**
The Executive Assistant provides a range of high level, confidential executive support and administrative services to senior executive management to facilitate effective and efficient delivery of executive office operations, communications and business activities.
**About You**
**To be successful in this role you will have the following**:
- Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant for a high-level executive, within a large and complex organisation.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills including the ability to gain support and negotiate effectively at all levels of the organisation.
- Be able to resolve complex problems as they arise within agreed timelines.
- Ability to effectively oversee multiple directors as required
**Essential Requirements**:
- Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Associate Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
- Experience providing a range of executive support and administrative services to support senior executive management activities.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare, format and present a range of business documents and communications including presentations, correspondence, reports, briefing notes and submissions.
- Experience liaising with a range of internal and external stakeholders, meeting attendees and community members to support business activities.
- Ability to address and meet focus capabilities as stated in the Position Description.
