We're looking for our next superstar women's health & wellbeing leader **ABOUT US ** Adelaide's favourite women's only gym is seeking a sales & customer focused team player, to join our beautiful boutique health club in Unley. We offer a supportive and inspiring working environment with a friendly membership base, ongoing training, growth opportunities and a growing health club with a vision to empower women in our community to feel and become their best self. **THE OPPORTUNITY** - Membership Consultant - Roughly 20 hrs per week with flexible availability to cover shifts as required - Available for immediate start - Complimentary 24/7 membership **What you'll be doing** - Provide inspiring club tours to prospective members - Create amazing member journeys with positive and personalised interactions - Contribute to lead conversion & member retention intiatives - Onboarding new members - Attend to club cleanliness - Participate in club social media - Efficient administration & reporting to club owners - Closing the club as per roster **ABOUT YOU** - Minimum 6 months experience in a gym facility - Current First Aid & CPR certificates - Sales focused mindset with a desire to achieve exceptional customer service - Ability to work cohesively as part of a team with the initiative and drive to succeed autonomously. - Passionate about empowering women's health & wellbeing - Friendly & outgoing people person with the ability to build rapport with women from varied walks of life - Amazing communication skills with ablity to empathise & influence others - Effectively problem solve & overcome obstacles - Have a natural drive to succeed with the initiative to go above and beyond for our members If this sounds like you, we're excited to hear from you
