dRofus is the leading planning and data management solution for the global building industry. Our vision is to enable Building Industry stakeholders to manage data as an unbroken chain of connected information throughout the entire building lifecycle.
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Australia, with overall responsibility for Revenue in Asia-Pacific.
The Sales Manager APAC will; own the sales process, identify new market opportunities, develop our GoToMarket strategy, lead the Sales Team, generate new sales, business development activities and define marketing needs.
Design and Construction industry experience, technical knowledge, combined with a hunter mentality are essential in this market/customer facing role.
Enterprise Solution sales to both public and private building owners in the Healthcare, Education, Laboratory or Defense space is highly desirable.
In addition to customer focused tasks, the Sales Manager will be involved in the strategic development of our software, sharing knowledge and expertise with our Support, Software Development and Executive Teams to enhance our product and service offerings.
The position involves working closely with Sales & Marketing staff within APAC, plus collaboration with Sales Managers in Europe and the US.
The position involves regular travel and the ability to work independently, so strong organization and time management skills are required.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Equipment Planning or Asset Management.
**Experience**:
- Min 5 years work experience in Architecture, Engineering, Equipment Planning or Construction.
- Knowledge of building standards and facility planning guidelines.
- Proficiency in dRofus, Revit, Archicad, Salesforce, JIRA and Confluence.
- Software deployment and process/workflow creation within a large organization.
**Capability/Skills**:
- Detailed knowledge of customers processes, workflows and challenges.
- Ability to explain why our software will improve how they deliver projects.
- Sales and GTM strategy, planning and execution.
- 360 degree sales planning towards ideal customer profile.
- Ability to build and lead a Sales Team.
- Collaboration with Marketing, Account Management and Customer Success (RevOps).
**Responsibilities**:
- Revenue creation and achieving growth targets.
- Prepare annual Sales Budgets, Forecasts and Progress reports.
- Develop and implement a Strategic Sales Plan.
- Create and execute 360-Degree Sales Plans for Ideal Customer Profile prospects.
- Manage, track and report on the Business Development budget.
- Build, train, develop and manage a Sales Team.
- Contribute to the planning and delivery of the Marketing plan.
**Day to Day tasks**:
- Manage and execute all Sales and Business Development activities.
- Track all leads and opportunities in Salesforce.
- Proactively seek out new business revenue opportunities.
- Develop resources for the delivery of sales meetings and product demonstrations.
- Deliver sales and product presentations, plus train other Sales staff.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
