**Role Responsibilities**:

- Management of day to day ops for client and third party deliverables
- Maintenance and development of client relationships
- Deliverables reports - daily, weekly and monthly
- Compliance management: documentation, procedures, file prep and client checklists
- Staff management: supervision, coaching and one on one's
- Identifying and leading development opportunities to improve efficiency
- Supervisory Risk & Control oversight

**Skills and requirements**
- Five years fund operations experience (admin/management/accounting)
- Accounting degree, or similar field of education
- Completed or completing CA, CPA or CFA is highly desired
- Working knowledge of financial markets and instruments, domestic and international
- Advanced Excel skills, major advantage
- Clear communication skills are critical
