Production Operator

We're expanding operations at our Western Sydney Service Centre (WSSC) in Erskine Park and are looking for enthusiastic Production Operators to join our team. As a permanent member of the crew, you’ll be working with our newest, state-of-the-art paint line, supporting the manufacture of high-quality COLORBOND® products. This growth is part of our major capital investment in the Metal Coating Line, boosting production capacity by up to 240,000 tonnes. This increased capability helps supply COLORBOND®, ZINCALUME® and TRUECORE® steel—integral products used in roofing, fencing, and house framing across Australia. **What You’ll Be Doing** In this hands-on and diverse role, you’ll operate machinery, troubleshoot equipment, and support plant setups and isolations—all with a strong focus on safety and quality. You’ll work closely with both operations and maintenance teams in a collaborative, supportive environment to help deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers.
