**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Strategic Leadership**: Develop and implement the company’s e-mobility and fleet strategies to align with sustainability goals and market trends. Lead the expansion and management of the zero-emission bus fleet and related infrastructure.
- ** Operational Management**: Oversee the daily operations of the EV fleet, including vehicle maintenance, charging infrastructure, and logistics. Ensure fleet reliability and efficiency through robust maintenance procedures and the adoption of advanced fleet management systems.
- ** Project Management**: Manage complex projects related to procurement, contract negotiations, infrastructure development, and fleet expansion. Ensure timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
- ** Financial Oversight**: Develop and monitor financial models and forecasts for fleet operations. Manage budgets, optimize cost-effectiveness, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- ** Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations. Stay informed of e-mobility policies and integrate them into business planning.
- ** Sustainability Initiatives**: Drive initiatives to reduce the carbon footprint and enhance sustainability practices within the fleet.
- ** Stakeholder Engagement**: Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, external partners, and industry stakeholders. Represent the company in industry forums, conferences, and public initiatives.
- ** Team Leadership**: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement while supporting professional development.
- ** Technology Integration**: Implement and leverage cutting-edge technologies and data-driven solutions to enhance fleet performance and customer experience.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, Transportation, Project Management, or a related field.
- Over 10 years in fleet management or e-mobility, with a successful track record in leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with expertise in regulatory standards.
- Proven ability to develop and implement innovative e-mobility and fleet strategies aligned with sustainability goals.
- In-depth understanding of electric vehicle technology, charging infrastructure, and fleet management systems.
- Experience in managing complex projects including procurement, contract negotiations, and infrastructure development.
- Skilled in developing financial models, managing budgets, and ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining high service quality.
- Knowledgeable in health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations, ensuring operational compliance.
- Strong capability in fostering relationships with internal teams, external partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Dedicated to advancing sustainability and reducing carbon footprints within the fleet.
- Thrives in dynamic environments, adept at meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities effectively.
