**About the role**:
A unique opportunity has presented itself for an experienced People and Culture Coordinator to work between two recognised businesses: Central Steel Build (Kyneton) and Sculptform (Bendigo).

This role is a 12-month maternity leave fixed-term contract and will work alongside the People and Culture Manager to deliver a range of operational support, services, advice, and consultation in dynamic and employee-focused environments.

**Goals of the position**:
Reporting to the People and Culture Manager, you will provide ongoing support relating to all employee matters while assisting with the implementation of a new HRIS. In addition to:

- Influencing the well-being and productivity of employees at all levels of the organisation, creating a positive and unified workplace culture.
- Promoting learning and development initiatives that target employee progression and talent retention.
- Guiding and coordinating the employee life cycle, in addition to offering unique perspectives and solutions to complex people-related matters.
- Continually identifying opportunities for improvement regarding policies, procedures, and practices.

**What you will need to succeed**:

- A relevant degree qualification and proven experience within a people and culture role is essential.
- Strong computer literacy skills and the ability to work with internal databases and HRIS.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with a team-focused, collaborative, and innovative approach to work**.**:

- Strong attention to detail, time-management skills, and the ability to work with mínimal supervision.
