**About the role**

We are seeking highly driven, self-motivated Reliability Manager to help lead the program delivery. Ideally you will have a background in Engineering in either aviation, and or the defence industry, have strong analytical skills and ability to understand operational readiness of equipment.

Your duties will include supporting the program capability to operator safely, reliably and efficiently. You will be responsible for collecting and analysing data, reviewing of maintenance methods including but not limited to, publications, tools, support and test equipment.

- Prior experience within the aerospace or Defence industry
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant Engineering field or related discipline
- Experience in managing supply chain pipelines
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
- Demonstrated competency in a managerial capacity
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- You will have the ability to hold and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance (Must hold Australian Citizenship)
