In this exciting role you will be working on the OneSky Project - A transformative software focused project. It is the most complex transformation of air traffic management in Australian aviation history, delivering over $1.2 billion of economic benefits to airspace users.

In this exciting opportunity we’re looking for a seasoned experienced Scrum Master to support, facilitate and inspire a collaborative environment in teams to deliver value using Agile philosophy.

**The role**
- Support coach, train and align the teams to embed the agile mindset, values and behaviours necessary to scale our agility
- Facilitate effective team ceremonies and work well with teams in a complex matrix organisation
- Support the Product Owner(s) to ensure the product backlog is prioritized based on business value and facilitate the prioritisation and grooming of the backlog
- Drive continues improvement through coaching Agile teams in dependencies management and self-management
- Ensure that the Definition of Done is being followed for every increment of the agile teams
- Facilitate the removal of impediments to the agile teams’ progress
- Use metrics effectively to motivate teams to continuously increase its performance
- Act as a safeguard for the team from external interference and over commitment
- Promoting the agile/scrum adoption in your organization by sharing scrum rules, practices and values

**How About You?**
- Strong experience as Scrum Master in Agile teams
- Scrum Certification or equivalent (CSM, CSP), SAFE 5.1 SSM highly desirable
- Experience in embedding agile performance metrics to drive accountability
- Proficient working experience in using Jira
- Good stakeholder management & engagement skills
- Leadership experience
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
