You’ll be an integral part of the Infrastructure Safety Team by providing governance over current and emerging risks. You’ll be assisting in the development of control strategies to ensure risks are managed so far as is reasonably practicable, valuing the importance of teamwork, listening, challenging your peers, and making a genuine difference.

You’ll be joining an exciting and evolving landscape, using your skill, knowledge, and experience to drive continuous improvement and best practice to Melbourne’s Metro rail network

**Responsibilities include**:
- Maintaining compliance against the MTM Risk Management Standard.-
- Monitoring and reporting Risk based Compliance obligations to key stakeholders.-
- Coordinating and support the Audit Assurance process.-
- Collaborating to ensure all critical risks are identified, documented, and mitigated.-
- Leading and participating in Risk workshops.-
- Contributing to and strengthening our Zero Harm culture for safety and environment.**About you**:
- Experienced in high level risk assessments, including comprehensive risk identification.-
- Competent in risk planning, management, and mitigation strategies.-
- An expert in governance and auditing.-
- Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, influencing, and negotiation skills.-
- Strong communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.-
- Advanced computer literacy skills.**Next Steps**
