We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Property Manager to join our platform. You will be conducting ingoings and routine inspections on behalf of multiple agencies throughout Sydney and the surrounding areas using your own car or motorcycle and an iPhone or iPad. Create your own schedule and work at your own pace.

Key Responsibilities:

- Attend the property inspections that are scheduled around Sydney and its surrounding areas. Capture high-quality images of rental properties using your iPhone or iPad and provide equipment
- Ensure all images and comments accurately represent the property's condition and features

**Requirements**:

- Must have a valid driver's license and own car/motorcycle
- Must have an iPhone or iPad with a camera and data plan
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Willing to travel between jobs
- Communication skills
- An Australian Business Number (ABN)
- Property managers or experienced property inspectors are welcome.
