**Civil Drafter/Designer**
- Mid tier engineering consultancy in Melbourne covering civil and structural disciplines.
- Offices in Perth and Brisbane also.
- Broad projects - industrial, commercial buildings, land development, civil infrastructure.

- Performance related reward via their monthly KPI payment system, this starts at around 3% of annual salary and increases with tenure

Requirements;
Ideally looking for an Civil Engineering Diploma and at least 3-5 years experience in a Civil Drafting/Design role within the consulting environment. At least a couple of years using civil 3D or 12D ideal but willing to train up in this software also if you only have AutoCAD exposure.
