**Eden Academy** **Christies Beach** is carefully designed to create a nurturing, home-like environment for children. Open from 7am to 6pm, we offer natural play spaces, bright open-plan rooms, and a variety of age-appropriate learning resources. With separate playgrounds and both indoor and outdoor areas, we provide a safe and stimulating environment for up to 84 children to explore, grow, and thrive.

You’re a leader with a big heart. With your experience as a manager and your passion for providing the very best care, you have the ability to bring out the best in your team. Your leadership style empowers your team to nurture children’s independence, curiosity, and resilience. Through thoughtful conversations and supportive guidance, you lay the foundation for an environment filled with care, learning, and joy.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
- A current Working with Children Check
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
- A strong understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Standards
- Australian working rights
- A warm, welcoming presentation
- A genuine love for building relationships with families and the local community
- Experience leading and supporting a wonderful team
