**Your new company**

This leading organisation within the Resources sector are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join their thriving finance team for 12 months. With state-of-the-art offices based in Brisbane CBD, they’re located close to various public transport options and lunch time eating spots.

**Your new role**

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

- Full function Accounts Payable and Purchase to Pay processes
- Creating and implementing procedures to streamline the invoice process
- Assisting with standardising workflows
- Developing a process manual and training staff on the new streamlined processes
- Assisting the invoice and claims teams with ad hoc tasks

**What you'll need to succeed**

In order to be successful, you will meet the following requirements:

- Previous end to end Accounts Payable experience
- Experience with process improvements
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
