Balance Enviro Solutions specialises in the design, construction and management of wetland, riparian and revegetation projects, ecological restoration and aquatic environments.

**As a Crew Member of the Construction team**, with your own hands, you will help establish our wetland construction sites. You love to work outdoors and get your hands dirty. You have a motivating attitude, you are keen to help your crew members, the site supervisors and project managers to construct our wetland and revegetation projects.

**This role suits** experienced laborers who want to bring their careers onto a greener and more purposeful path and who want to learn about native plants and water-sensitive urban design (WSUD).

**Key selection criteria**:

- Demonstrated experience as labourer, full-time availability
- Beneficial if you have experience in revegetation works, planting, hand weeding, landscaping, chainsaw work etc.
- A good work ethic and being an encouraging/communicative team member are important - as training and development will be given.
- Most importantly, the willingness to learn more.

**Required certificates/licenses**:

- White Card - required
- Own transport to get to changing worksites throughout the Greater Melbourne area
- First Aid training - preferred
- ACUP / Chem certification - beneficial
