At Woodhouse Adventure Park, we’re looking for a capable, practical, and self-motivated Maintenance & Services Officer to help keep our 54-hectare property safe, functional, and looking its best. From general repairs and infrastructure checks to mowing, pruning and getting things guest-ready, this is a hands-on, full-time role where no two days are quite the same.

Whether it’s a school camp, wedding, or family weekend away - your work helps create the kind of experience that people remember for all the right reasons.

**What you’ll be doing**
- General property maintenance across buildings, amenities, and basecamps
- Basic repairs (patching, painting, fixing, adjusting) and minor projects
- Grounds upkeep - mowing, pruning, clearing debris and managing seasonal tasks
- Setting up equipment and assisting with guest preparation (e.g. fire drums, BBQs, signage)
- Performing routine checks (e.g. gas bottles, water systems, hazards)
- Reporting issues and logging tasks using internal job tracking systems
- Supporting volunteers and contractors when needed

**Desired Skills and Experience**:
**What you’ll need**
- A good set of practical skills and a hands-on mindset
- Experience in general maintenance, groundskeeping or similar work
- The ability to work independently and manage your time well
- Confidence using tools and small machinery
- Physical fitness and comfort working outdoors in all weather
- A current SA driver’s license and police clearance (or willingness to obtain)
