Client Care Coordinator

**Client care phone support** **Permanent full-time position** **Monday to Friday, 10 am - 6 pm** **Our Purpose** We help pet lovers honour a lifetime of unconditional love through exceptional customer service and genuine care. You will also be required to assist incoming clients to our office, receive pets into our care, attend viewings and display products. Based at your choice of either our Scoresby or Maddingley offices, you would be part of a team that has built a reputation as the leader in our field, based on values of respect, honesty and professionalism. **About the role** As the first point of contact, we require a high standard of personal presentation and a very compassionate and empathetic phone manner. - Join a dedicated team of like-minded people with a genuine love and respect for animals - Coordinate and schedule pet aftercare bookings with both the public and vet clinics - Assist clients who bring pets to our premises - Prepare our viewing facilities for client visits - Work closely with our Preparation, Crematorium and Area Manager teams to ensure we deliver on our promises, every time, every day - Carry out accurate data entry and payment processing tasks - Undertake general office administration duties as needed **To be successful in this role you will** - Be comfortable with handling deceased pets - Have excellent communication skills and be able to support our clients over the phone with an empathetic, caring and professional phone manner - Have exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of writing skills - Be a supportive and positive team member with a "can do" attitude - Be reliable, organised and flexible to meet the changing needs of the business - Have intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office experience is essential) - Have the desire and ability to learn new skills and absorb knowledge quickly - Be physically fit as this role will require handling pets from time to time - Be fully COVID vaccinated **We can offer you**: - Our strong people-first culture - On-site parking - InvoCare Employee Share Program - Employee Assistance Program - Free annual Flu vaccination - Birthday leave - Lifestyle Rewards program discounts We pride ourselves on being caring, down to earth and professional.
