We are looking for passionate individuals to make magic happen at our New Chatswood store Positions include Retail Sales Assistants, one 2IC, and a Store Manager. You will be an essential part of our team providing exceptional customer service and helping shape the growth of W Cosmetics.

**Retail sales assistant’s key responsibilities**
- Deliver excellent customer service, making every customer feel welcome and valued.
- Maintain strong knowledge of our products and promotions to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
- Proactively engage with customers to build relationships, drive sales, and achieve individual sales targets.
- Assist with visual merchandising and stock management to ensure a clean, organized and well-stocked store.
- [2IC] Lead the team to achieve sales targets by providing the highest level of customer care.
- [2IC] Assist the store manager to recruit and train new staff.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and leadership skills for 2IC
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Prior experience in a retail environment or as a Makeup Artist is preferred but not essential.
- Bilingual is preferred for this position.

**Store Manager’s Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and motivate your team to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising to maintain the image of our brand.
- Prepare reports to analyse and improve store performance
- Develop strong product knowledge and provide expert advice to customers.
- Recruit, train, develop and manage team members to ensure they are performing to their best potential.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail management role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for the beauty industry and product knowledge
- Bilingual is also preferred for this position

**Salary**: From $21.56 per hour
