**The Brand**:
Our client originates from America, passionate about quality products for the home and currently owns 4 different subsidiaries in their well structured stores across Australia as well as in other countries.
- We are currently looking for an Assistant Store Manager for their children's American upscale home furnishing stores in their Chatswood Chase location. This could be your opportunity as an experienced manager to join a well-structured business in Chatswood that is continuously growing.**The Job**:

- You will have a strong client service background and love taking your clients through a journey, make it personal
- You will love interior design and use your creative skills to demonstrate that for clients wanting to design their homes.
- Drive sales budgets and targets
- You will have a problem solving skills
- Assisting the Store Manager and leading a team of employees.

**About You**:

- You will have ASM or 2IC experience within Retail.
- You will have a strong passion for providing excellent client services AND love working with new parents.
- Ability to work in a team environment, be a team player and bring the fun
- You will also have a passion for interior design, get creative

**The Benefits**:

- $58,000 Base Salary plus Super - over $63,000 as a package.
