We are requiring a skilled operator who can work closely with clients to deliver small to medium projects.

**Who you’ll be working with**:
J&D Contracting are one of the most highly respected construction companies based in Brisbane. We provide a complete range of services for our clients, from building and maintenance services to repairs for residential dwellings, units, townhouses and commercial buildings throughout the greater Brisbane region.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Responsible for running a portfolio of multiple small to medium sized projects by coordinating various tradesmen to ensure repairs are carried out effectively and in a timely manner and providing exceptional customer service
- Scheduling and programming of works with clients and trades
- Responsible for allocation of trades
- Managing workplace health and safety and quality on site
- Ensuring projects are completed on time and in budget
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with staff, contractors and clients
- Resolve any project issues that may arise
- Opportunity for Supervisors to cover Ipswich, Bayside and Northern Gold Coast or Logan dependent on home location.

**What are we looking for?**
- Understanding and experience in a range minor repairs / maintenance up to the value of $5K
- A professional approach and strong attention to detail
- Manage relationships with clients, project stakeholders and other interested parties
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at the same time
- Strong desire to grow and develop your career
- High level of attention to detail and pride in your work
- Ability to coordinate and manage trades in an approachable manner, while ensuring their compliance and high standard of work
- Experience in developing construction programs
- Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
