**Are you ready to embark on an exciting career journey with SA Health? We are seeking a talented and passionate Workforce Relations Advisor to join our dynamic team at the Southern Adelaide Local Health Network**

**About the role**:
With an understanding of the complex legislative and industrial frameworks governing the healthcare sector, you will work collaboratively with Human Resource Business Partners and Directorates to develop and implement strategies that foster positive employee relations and promote a harmonious work environment.

Your duties may include:

- Preparing, developing and contributing to the drafting and settling of reports, briefs, and correspondence in relation to a range of industrial and employee relations matters affecting SALHN.
- Presenting matters to SA Employment Tribunal, SA Health Grievance Panels, Equal Opportunities Commission and South Australian Civil and Administrative Tribunal where necessary.
