Operate and maintain the electrical systems and equipment that power the Navy’s nuclear-powered submarines to the highest standards of safety and security.
- **Electronics Technician Nuclear Submariner**
Operate and maintain the electronic systems that control the nuclear reactor on a Navy submarine to the highest safety and security standards.
- **Mechanic Nuclear Submariner**
Operate and maintain the steam-powered propulsion plant on one of the Navy’s new nuclear-powered submarines to the highest safety and security standards.
- **Nuclear Submarine Officer**
Put your leadership abilities to the test in a unique environment, managing the teams responsible for operating and maintaining the Navy’s nuclear-powered submarines.

**Salary**:
Upon completion of your initial military and employment training, you’ll enjoy a salary package starting from $120,514.
**Eligibility**:
- For these roles, you must be at least 17 at the time of enlistment, an Australian Citizen, and have passes in Year 10 English and Maths, some positions may also require passes in Science and Year 12 English as assumed knowledge.
