We are looking for a motivated Barista to join our team at Three Beans Cafe - Eagle St. Part-time position for +30 h/w from next week. The requirements:

- **Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant or café setting in a similar role**:

- Ability to handle large volume quality coffee production
- A strong understanding of grinder adjustments, dosing & distribution, and brew ratios
- Skilled in milk texturing and latte art
- Sound food safety/compliance knowledge
- **Longterm vision**:

- Current RSA
- Great attitude, teamwork and personality
- Confident communication style & a professional approach
- availability for the early morning shift (from 5:30 AM as we start from 6 AM)
- Saturday availability
- **Fluent English**

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
