**Key activities and role responsibilities include**:

- Corporate transactions and governance;
- Unregulated M & A;
- Private business;
- Joint ventures: and
- Procurement and commercial contracting.
- 4+ years of post-admission experience in corporate and commercial law;
- A good understanding of commercial practice;
- Strong communication skills;
- A client and solutions focus, with a commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience;
- A collaborative attitude and approach;
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team; and
- Excellent technical knowledge and drafting skills.
